1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the afun88 website, downloading the afun88 app, or registering an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and afun88 ("the Platform", "we", "us").

One Account Rule

If afun88 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be suspended, bonuses removed and balances reviewed.

Accurate Information

Verification

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• afun88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are normally credited instantly for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. afun88 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary by method and account verification status.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or numbers registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before real-money winnings from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• afun88 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• afun88 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to investigate the legitimacy of the account activity associated with that balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

afun88 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through separate accounts is prohibited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures, is available alongside Football, Esports and other sports. Bets are settled in accordance with official match results from the recognised governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, afun88's decision is final.

• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if the platform determines they were placed with knowledge of the in-progress result.
• afun88 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical or human error.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per market and are shown at the time of placing a bet.
• In-play betting is subject to availability and may be suspended or closed at any time.

Casino & Fish Games

All Casino games and Fish Games on afun88 use certified random number generation or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player outside of normal gameplay. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the afun88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a valid transaction through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards afun88 staff or other platform users.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Verified underage gambling.
• Provision of false registration or verification information.
• Abusive behaviour directed at afun88 staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, any real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact afun88 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be disabled within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the afun88 platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, game assets, software and user interface — is the property of afun88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12 Limitation of Liability
